Adding a server
What you can change, what stays, and what has to be on the game server.
The address is the server
The hostname and the status port identify the listing. They cannot be changed afterwards, not even by an administrator.
The port is the status port, not the game port. Leave it empty and it means 7171.
The name is fixed when you submit the listing. A later change of the name or the website is a request a moderator decides.
What you can edit
Description, country, classification, languages, Discord, rates, later rate thresholds, the logo and the gallery. Experience is required. Loot and spawn stay one number each.
Proving the listing is yours
Put the token in config.lua, in the owner name, the location, the url or the server name. On TFS the message of the day is not read, so the owner name or the location is the reliable place. Then reload or restart the server.
While the check is open the status is read every five minutes, for up to 48 hours. You can also ask for a check yourself, up to ten times. After the listing is confirmed the token is not read again and you can remove it.
Rates that change with level
The number in the rate field is the rate from level 1. Extra rows are later levels, from level 2, for experience, skill and magic level. At most 30 rows. A skill or magic-level row needs the base rate filled in.
